B840 Look What You Can DoThe B840 offers a new flexibility in mono printing, with the ability to handle a wide range of media and paper weights of up to 200gsm. Expanding your opportunities for printing in-house and reducing costs you can now print items such as business cards, labels and other office documents with ease.

  • The B840dn and B840dtn models offer duplex printing as standard for a wider range of output and reduced running costs.

  • Print on paper weights of between 60 and 200gsm, in a variety of sizes from A6 to A3, including business cards for added printing versatility.


Extra utilities

OKI's unique software program Template Manager, enables simple designs and print jobs that were previously outsourced to be delivered in-house. Whilst the automatic matching of the document to the media, guarantees document alignment and size - resulting in error free printing, eliminating paper waste and reducing time to market.
 
Tracking printing usage and costs couldn't be easier for the B840 with OKI's Print Control utility. The easy to use software allows you to track the output of individual users or workgroups and assign costs to documents printed.

Check the operating status of the B840 - including paper and toner levels - before sending a print run, direct from your PC with PrintSuperVision software supplied as standard. Receive timely email alerts when operator intervention is required and monitor printer usage statistics.

High capacity toner

High capacity toner cartridges deliver up to 20,000 A4 pages and expandable paper trays, of up to 1,690 sheets, ensure maximum uptime with minimum user intervention.
